But there are so many to choose from! Type "close up magician", "wedding magician", "comedian" or "table magic" in a search engine and hundreds appear - and as if by magic they're all from your area! "Magician Liverpool", "Magician London", "Magician Manchester", "Magician Wirral", "Magician Cheshire", "Magician Formby" - Derren Brown or David Blaine themselves can't be everywhere!
So, do you just pick the first, or the cheapest? - I mean a magician is a magician is a magician, right?
Sadly not. The quality of entertainment varies widely, and they'll all say they're brilliant. And, as with so many things in life, the cheapest is not always the best value.
You deserve terrific entertainment, a fantastic, memorable experience and the utmost in professionalism.
So how do you choose the best magician?
Ideally, you could go on personal recommendation, or choose the person with the widest experience at weddings, exhibitions, parties, trade shows and events. Perhaps the person who offers the best variety? Or who has worked with lots of celebrities, or has the most impressive client list? Maybe you've seen them on TV? If you can, have a look for yourself. Whichever you go for it's good to have the peace of mind of a guarantee.
